This can be a disadvantage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It can also be the basis for a centralized action (infringement action against a third party) that you would pursue. This can be an advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-525b313 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"525b313\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">How to remove the jurisdiction from the JUB?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75ed142 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75ed142\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is possible to remove this competence from the Unified Patent Court (UPC) by filing an opt-out.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish us to perform such a procedure, please inform us.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>We have until 31 May to file an opt-out.
