The Bending Roller
The bending roller is the part around which the tube is bent.
- La Réglette
The strip has a long cylindrical groove to hold the tube during the bending operation, ensuring horizontal strength.
- The Tightening Jaw
The clamping jaw moves towards the bending roller to immobilize the tube in the groove and prevent it from slipping during the bending process.
- Fold Eraser (Optional)
The crease remover is an optional tool that prevents the formation of creases inside the tube during the bending process. It guarantees uniform material distribution and must be precisely adjusted by a qualified technician.
- Le Mandrin (Optional)
The mandrel is placed inside the tube, close to the deformation zone. It improves the quality of the handlebars by maintaining the outer part of the tube to avoid flattening and ovalization.
